Just had a 5.0 earthquake. Link.
Everything seems ok. I don't think 5.0 is that dangerous.
It felt like a truck was ramming the building.

That said, 4.7 earthquakes are certainly impressive. Hope your first week goes well.
Actually, when I wrote the post, it was estimated to be 5.0.
So its 4.7 officially now.
I guess that's California's way of saying 'Welcome Back'!
